Registration for Continuing Professional Development Programs
The Howard University College of Pharmacy Office of Continuing Professional Development (HUCOP Office of CPD) utilizes the Learning Express CE platform to offer a wide range of current and emerging professional education programs for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

If you are a first-time user, you will need to register and create a unique username and password to access the course catalog.
Most of our programs are offered free of charge as part of our commitment to accessible professional development. However, a nominal fee may be required for certain specialized or externally partnered offerings.
The Learning Express platform is fully integrated with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) via the CPE Monitor system. Once you complete a program, your continuing education (CE) credit will be automatically reported to your NABP e-Profile, ensuring seamless tracking for state licensure requirements.
To receive CE credit, participants must:
- Attend the live session in full
- Complete the post-program evaluation
- Achieve a minimum score of 70% on the post-test
Upon successful completion of all components, you will be able to download and print your certificate of completion directly from your Learning Express portal.
