Goal 1:  Implement and promote pathways to facilitate leadership development within staff and faculty to promote prestige of the college

Strategy 1:  By maintaining a stream of funding for faculty to pursue opportunities for professional and leadership development

Strategy 1:  By establishing a centralized network of alumni, preceptors and students to assist students with overcoming hardships.

Strategy 2:  By promoting and giving incentives to participate in student focused workshops and seminars on leadership.

Strategy 3:  By ensuring the curriculum provides ample opportunities for students to develop leadership
