Vision: The Office of Academic Affairs strives to facilitate a world-class educational ecosystem where students of diverse background attain knowledge, skills, and attitudes to compete successfully locally and globally and develop an attitude of life-long learner.

Mission: The Office of Academic Affairs engages, educates, and empowers the intellectual community through transformational approaches to impact student learning and develop global change agents. We represent academic excellence and leadership in support of our faculty, staff, and students.

Goals: In fulfilling our mission, the Office of Academic Affairs:

• Coordinates academic programs, planning and review
• Facilitates talent recruitment, development, and retention
• Assists with prioritizing the use and renovation of academic space
• Advances and coordinates institutional diversity efforts
• Collaborates across campus to gather ideas and initiatives
• Fosters communication and learning to provide best solutions
• Cultivates transparency and data-driven decision making for students’ outcome
• Determines the strategic direction and allocation of university resource
