Unifying DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism)

Goal 1:  Integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism within the College of Pharmacy

Strategy 1:  By establishing a task force and leadership position(s) within the college devoted to the advancement of DEIA initiatives

Goal 2:   Position the college as a  destination center to promote best practices in health diversity, equity, inclusion and antiracism

Strategy 1:  By expanding and strengthening relationships with other universities and international partners where HUCOP leads in expanding DEIA initiatives.

Goal 3: Integrate curricular outcomes  and content centered around diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism to properly frame health disparities

Strategy 1:  By monitoring the didactic curriculum to evaluate the degree of instruction related to DEIA
